EMPLOYER GUARANTEE

We guarantee our placements for a period of three months. We take pride in our successful placements. However, should you need an immediate replacement and require our service again within the guarantee period, we will certainly attend to your needs and resume the search immediately. This guarantee covers one replacement search within a period of 12 months.

In many cases our clients consider hiring a caregiver from outside of Canada. This is because of the short supply and availability of caregivers locally. Should you need an immediate replacement of a caregiver you hired from overseas, you may be required to offer a higher salary to attract a local applicant.

In some cases, the duties may require different or special skills and, therefore, caregivers with these qualities may not be readily available locally. Should this happen, we will provide replacement applicants from outside of Canada and processing times may run similar to the original replacement.


CAREGIVER GUARANTEE

We guarantee the success of our search process. However, in the unlikely event that the employer cancels their application or is denied and not permitted to hire a caregiver, Carelink guarantees to immediately resume a new search for an employer on behalf of the caregiver.

The caregiver has the option of canceling their registration with Carelink and requesting a refund of their final payment less the administration fee of $400.00 dollars (total refundable amount $500.00). This decision must be submitted in writing within 30 days of employer's cancellation or denial by their government. This guarantee becomes null and void after this date.
